On December 19, 2013 my son was arrested in West Point, NY for allegedly possessing and distributing inappropriate pictures of children. The day before he was arrested he was questioned by two Homeland Security agents in which he denied all participation in the alleged use of child pornography.
This has been an on going struggle for one year and a half. Since his arrest, we have hired an expert that is able to show it was not him that did it. Along with that his computer was given back by the Government because nothing was found on it. We have tried multiple times to have the Government drop the case and give my son his life back, but they desire to go to trial.
I do not know why they continue to push this to trial, but I just know this is getting very expensive. The trial date has been set for Jun 15, 2015 and in the end he will be aquitted of all charges. Maybe we can get the money we spent back, but we are not worrying about that right now. Well thank you for your help!
